Air Tour Registration

REGISTRATION LIMITS

The Interprovincial Air Tour is very popular, so to keep it a manageable size, participation is limited to 50 aircraft and 100 people.

WAITING LIST

Registrations are automatically added to the waiting list once the limits have been reached. You will be contacted if space becomes available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel before August 5, 2024, you will get a full refund

On or after August 5, 2024 - refund only if replacement found from the waiting list.

VFR FLIGHT

The Interprovincial Air Tour is flown during VFR weather.

Each pilot is the pilot-in-command of their aircraft and is responsible for their own risk analysis of the flight conditions and will make their own decision whether to fly.

Rest assured that you will not be alone if you decide the weather is insufficient and choose to stay on the ground.

Unfortunately, aircraft on straight floats cannot be accommodated this year.
