In addition to registering for the Tour with this registration system, you also need to book your own hotel rooms. See Hotel Information for details.

Please carefully examine the information on file, since it is easy to forget something changed.

UPDATING INFORMATION

In order to register initially, the system needs some basic information. We understand that you may not have all the necessary details now.

Many items may be filled in later. You will easily be able to return to your registration to add or change information, from a link in your confirmation email.

We must have all the contact information for you and your passengers at least two days before the Tour, so it is included on the printed lists.

Please note that there is a field on the airplane screen that asks for Pilot Rating (VFR vs. IFR). This is for our information only that may aid in planning when there is poor VFR weather.

If you are planning to come to Charlottetown by some method other than your own airplane, please enter NONE in the call sign field for your plane. Also tell us your method of arrival in the comments field on the Aircraft Information page

We prefer you enter as much information as you can, then change it later if you need to, rather than leave most of the information blank until the last minute.

SECURITY

Your information is protected as it is sent through the Internet with TLS security, as noted by the padlock icon at the top of your web browser. We will not disclose your information to anyone, except as needed for the purposes of organizing and conducting the Interprovincial Air Tour.
